1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game "Glifio – AI Emoji Puzzle" ("Glifio", "the app", "we"). By downloading, opening or playing Glifio you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app. How we handle your data is described separately in our Privacy Policy.

2. Who may play

Glifio is a general-audience puzzle game. You may use it only if you are old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, or if a parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf and supervises your use.

If you make purchases inside the app, you confirm that you are the account holder for the payment method or that you have the account holder’s permission.

3. Your player account

You can play as a guest, in which case your progress is tied to an identifier stored on your device. You may optionally sign in with Google or Apple to keep your progress across devices.

You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure.

• Guest progress lives on the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data can permanently remove a guest account.
• Choose a nickname that is not offensive, misleading, or someone else’s name or trademark. We may change or reset nicknames that break this rule.
• One person should not run several accounts in order to gain an advantage in rankings or rewards.

4. Coins, energy and other virtual items

Glifio contains virtual items such as coins, energy, avatars, frames, keyboard themes and victory effects. These items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a feature inside the app.

Virtual items have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside Glifio, and they may be adjusted, expired or removed as the game evolves.

• Coins earned through play, daily challenges or rewarded ads are granted by our servers and may be corrected if they were awarded in error or obtained by abusing the game.
• Energy limits how many games can be started in a period. It refills over time and can be topped up with coins, a rewarded ad or a premium subscription.
• Unused virtual items are lost if your account is deleted or terminated.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid items are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The purchase itself is a transaction between you and that store, under that store’s own terms, and we never receive your payment details.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage and cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings, not inside Glifio.

• Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, according to that store’s refund policy.
• Prices and the contents of packages can change. A change never affects a purchase you have already completed.
• If a purchase does not arrive, use the restore option in the app’s store screen, and contact us if it still does not appear.

6. Advertising

The free version of Glifio shows ads, including ads you can choose to watch in exchange for a reward. A reward is granted only when the ad provider confirms that the ad was actually watched to the end.

We do not control the content of third-party ads. A premium subscription removes the ads we serve.

7. Fair play

Glifio includes real-time multiplayer rooms. Please keep them usable for everyone.

• Do not modify the app, intercept its network traffic, or use tools, scripts or emulator automation to read answers or inflate scores, coins or rankings.
• Do not attempt to access other players’ accounts or data, or to disrupt, overload or probe our services.
• Do not use the app to harass other players or to share unlawful content through nicknames or reports.
• We may suspend or close an account, and reverse rewards, when we find serious or repeated breaches of this section.

8. AI-generated puzzles

Glifio’s puzzles are generated with the help of AI and are reviewed automatically rather than one by one. Despite our filters, a puzzle may occasionally be inaccurate, ambiguous or badly categorised.

Puzzles are entertainment, not a source of factual information. Every puzzle has a report button; reporting one helps us remove it, and we are grateful for it.

9. Intellectual property

Glifio, its name, logo, artwork, sounds, interface and puzzle collection belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, decompile or create derivative works from it, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Glifio at any time by uninstalling it. To delete your account and the data attached to it, use the account deletion option in the app’s profile screen or the deletion request form on this website.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are seriously breached, if it is required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice first.

11. Availability and liability

Glifio is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors — it depends on third-party services, app stores, and your own device and connection.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss, for lost virtual items, or for loss of progress caused by a deleted account, a lost device or a failure of a third-party service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the game changes. The current version is always published on this page with its date, and continuing to use Glifio after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to highlight it in the app before it takes effect.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy in your country of residence.
